These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at tinysoftware.io and the software products operated by Tiny Software LLC ("Tiny Software", "we", "our", or "us"). Tiny Software LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, USA. We build and operate software products marketed on tinysoftware.io. Individual products may have their own additional terms, which apply in addition to — and, where they conflict, control over — these Terms for that product.

• use our services for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other users' accounts;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
